It’s officially summer time, which means a few things…bathing suits, yachts (if you happen to be Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid…or just extremely lucky), a lot of Vitamin D, and more real estate for Flash Tattoos on that bikini body! It also means going back to the gym on a consistent basis which not many of us want to hear.
I love all things sweet, and am not naturally blessed with a body like Victoria’s Secret model Candice Swanepoel. Luckily, I’m a morning gym/yoga kind of person…but I’ve still got to have a good work out playlist to really get me moving. Otherwise, you’ll find me falling asleep on my yoga mat.
I’ve whipped up a little playlist on Spotify featuring a few songs that gets me amped up in the AM….the perfect mix to squat it out to (heyyy, “Booty” by J Lo) or do some sprints (crank up the volume for “I Can’t Stop” by Flux Pavilion). This is a great playlist for all types of workouts and moods, so throw some workout clothes on and hit the trails, gym or whatever gets you Flashy babes working up a sweat! xx
